成像式激光衍射细丝直径测量的实验研究

Experimental Study of Filament Diameter Measurement with Laser Diffraction Imaging Method

  • 摘要: 针对激光衍射的实验教学环节,提出利用成像的激光衍射细丝直径测量方法,开发出结合光学原理、图像传感器、图像处理、误差分析、数据处理等内容的综合精密测量实践系统。由于该系统采用面阵探测器结合图像处理的方法处理衍射光斑,可有效排除由于待测细丝倾斜角度不同造成的测量误差,此方法可推广应用于工业在线实时测量。该实验可有效提高学生对光学在工业检测领域应用的理解。

     

    Abstract: For the experiment of laser diffraction,the measurement method of filament diameter based on laser diffraction imaging is put forward. The practical system is combining optical principle,image sensors,image processing,error analysis and data processing.In the experiment,two dimensional imaging sensor is used to capture the diffraction intensity distribution which can improve the precision of measurement. The method proposed in the paper can be applied in industrial online real-time measurement. Also,the experiment can greatly improve the understanding of optical application in the field of industrial detection for students.
