Abstract: The movement of small intestinal smooth muscle were generally observed by the experimental teaching method of constant temperature smooth muscle cell in vitro,but some institutions can’t carry out the experimental teaching to the students because of conditions restriction. This experimental teaching can be carried out by the improved method in vivo,which making full use of the temperature and the nutrition supplied by blood circulation of animal. It needs only simple experimental equipments and operating procedures. The experiment effect is good and the method has the use value and should be popularized.
