Abstract:
From the quantity and quality two aspects of teaching,a universal and dynamic model of teaching remuneration package distribution and the model algorithm is designed to bring into play the role of macro-control and promote the development of healthy competition between teaching departments in colleges and universities. Case study shows that the model has the advantages of considering more comprehensive factors,simple distribution model,package distribution scheme relatively fair and obtaining package distribution results conveniently. Specially,the difficult problem of teaching remuneration allocation at the common curricula-variable in colleges and universities is solved effectively.
