一种通用动态的教学酬金打包分配模型

A Universal and Dynamic Model of Teaching Remuneration Package Distribution

  • 摘要: 为更好地发挥学校的宏观调控作用,促进教学单位之间良性竞争发展,从教学工作量和教学质量两个方面设计了一种具有通用和动态特征的教学酬金打包分配模型,给出了模型求解算法。应用案例表明,设计的模型具有考量因素较全面、分配模型简约、打包分配方案相对公平、可快捷便利地获得打包分配结果等优点,较好地解决了高校中普遍存在的选课、公选课、互开课等情况中教学酬金分配比较棘手的问题。

     

    Abstract: From the quantity and quality two aspects of teaching,a universal and dynamic model of teaching remuneration package distribution and the model algorithm is designed to bring into play the role of macro-control and promote the development of healthy competition between teaching departments in colleges and universities. Case study shows that the model has the advantages of considering more comprehensive factors,simple distribution model,package distribution scheme relatively fair and obtaining package distribution results conveniently. Specially,the difficult problem of teaching remuneration allocation at the common curricula-variable in colleges and universities is solved effectively.
