Abstract: There is a higher professional ability requirement for the university student of electronic information majors along with the development of modern science and technology. This paper proposes the talent training mode based on the three“3+1”which applied in the electronic engineering majors. The three“3+1”training mode was studied systematically which include the“3 platform+ 1 system”in the curriculum setting,the“3 practice course + 1 professional certification”in the practice and innovation of teaching,the“3 years learn in school + 1 year in school and business”in the time of cultivation. At last,the training implementation mode of this three“3+1”was discussed and argumentation. The results show that the three 3+1 talents training mode can improve the application ability of the students,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents.
