军校学员个性化培养实验教学模式的探索

Exploration on the Experiment Teaching Mode for the Individuation Cultivation of the Military Academy Students

  • 摘要: 以创新能力为核心的军校学员个性化培养,是军队院校教育改革内在发展的自我诉求。通过对个性内涵以及个性化教育的认识,基于环境工程实验教学平台,从实验教学理念、实验教学内容、实验教学手段及考核方式等方面探索针对军校学员个性化培养的实验教学模式。突出军事应用特色,激励学员实践创新精神,为军队院校个性化教育的推进提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The individuation cultivation of the military academy students with training innovation ability as core is self-appeal of the inner development in the military academy education reform. Through recognition to connotation of the personality and the individuation education,based on environmental engineering experiment teaching platform,this paper explored the experiment teaching mode to the individuation cultivation form the experiment teaching idea,experiment teaching content,experiment teaching means,and evaluation methods. The focus of the experiment teaching mode is to highlight the military application,and incentive student practice the innovation spirit. It provided reference for promoting the military academy individuation education.
