Abstract: Experimental teaching undertakes the important task of cultivating innovative talents. Along with the higher education teaching reform further,experimental teaching has emerged in the cultivation of some practical problems incompatible with the innovative talents,needing through the reform to solve them. The relationship between the experimental teaching and the cultivation of creative talents has been studied,combined with the actual condition of experimental teaching,five aspects of the outstanding problems existing in the experimental teaching has been combed.From the improvement of experimental teaching status,strengthening experimental content innovation,improving experimental teaching evaluation,optimization of experimental teachers,reform path of experimental teaching has been proposed,which involves a wide range,strong pertinence,practical operability,and helps to improve the quality of experimental teaching and train innovative talents.
