Construction of Practical Teaching System of Food Science and Engineering

  • 摘要: 实践教学是食品科学与工程专业卓越工程师培养过程中不可或缺的一个环节。该文通过在实践教学中融入道德教育元素,构建三维实践教学体系,加强校内外实践基地建设,开展职业资格鉴定,加强师资队伍建设,建立健全实践教学保障体系,创建新的实践环节考核制度等,构建一套基于“卓越计划”的食品科学与工程专业实践教学体系,并对实施效果进行了总结,旨在培养顺应社会需求的产业导向型人才。

     

    Abstract: Practical teaching is an important part of cultivating excellent engineers of food science and engineering. The practical teaching system of food science and engineering based on the Program of Excellent Engineers Education is constructed from aspects of putting the moral education into the practical teaching, construction of three- dimensional practical teaching system, building for intramural and out- college practice base, carrying out professional qualification appraisal, construction of teaching staff, establishment of security system for practical teaching and creation of a new practice assessment system. And the implementation effects are summarized. It is aimed to cultivate industry- oriented talents to meet the needs of social development.
