扫描电镜测试中纳米样品制备的研究

The Dispersion Technology of Nano-Meter Particles in SEM Test

  • 摘要: 以商品无定型纳米二氧化硅粉末为研究对象,对扫描电镜测试中纳米颗粒的分散进行研究,通过对不同的物理和化学分散条件以及不同分散介质中的分散状态的研究,选择合适的分散方法,为纳米颗粒的电镜观测奠定基础。研究结果表明,用乙醇作分散剂或加入不同的表面活性剂都能起到较好的分散作用,其中乙醇作分散剂的效果最为显著。将其应用于合成纳米二氧化硅的电镜观测中,可得到高清晰度、良好衬度的扫描电子显微镜二次电子图像。

     

    Abstract: The dispersion of nanoparticles in the scanning electron microscopy(SEM) test was studied by the commercial amorphous nanometric silica as research subject. An exhaustive research has been made under different physical and chemical conditions with different dispersing medium, the appropriate dispersion method was given at last and the application of nanoparticles in the scanning electron microscopy test is based on these. The research result shows that ethanol as dispersant or adding various surfactants can have dispersed effect, and ethanol as dispersant is makingthe significant difference. High resolution secondary electron images of synthetic nanometric silica were given in a practical application with the result.
