卟啉合成实验的探索与改进

Exploration and Improvement of Synthetic Experiment of Porphyrin

  • 摘要: 卟啉化合物是一类特殊含氮杂环的大环共轭芳香体系。天然卟啉化合物具有特殊的生理活性,因此人工模拟天然卟啉一直是人们感兴趣的重要课题。在化学实验教学中,通过卟啉合成实验使学生巩固化合物合成、分离和纯化的技能,并熟悉紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱的检测方法。基于安全第一、减少有机物刺激、简化操作步骤、增加可操作性的原则,该文对卟啉合成实验进行探索与改进,并从实验方案、合成步骤、产物分离提取和光谱学检测等方面进行了优化。

     

    Abstract: Porphyrins are a kind of aromatic and nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds. Because they exhibit some significant physiological function, people pay more attention to the artificial synthesis of porphyrins. Synthetic Experiment of Porphyrin is helpful for students to improve the experimental skills including synthesis, separation and purification. Additionally, this experiment will also help the students are familiar with the spectral methods, i.e. the ultraviolet -visible absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum. Considering the safety, environment protection, and operational convenience, we optimized the experiments details in our work, including the choice of experimental strategy, synthetic steps, the separation of the products, as well as the spectral measurement.
