集成电路系列课程虚拟仿真实验教学研究

Research on Virtual Simulation in Experimental Teaching of Integrated Circuit Series of Courses

  • 摘要: 针对目前集成电路系列课程实验所需集成电路工艺设备仪器价格昂贵、一般高校难以开设相关实验课程的实际问题,该文引入以“无生产线的集成电路器件、工艺和测试”为理念的虚拟仿真教学实验,对集成电路系列课程建设和教学改革进行研究。实践表明,虚拟仿真技术克服了传统集成电路实验教学中的种种弊端,不但节省了教学资源,还改善了教学质量,激发了学生的创造力,培养了其工程实践能力。

     

    Abstract: The integrated circuit technology equipment required for this series of integrated circuit courses is expensive and difficult to set up in general universities. With this practice of experimental course, the virtual simulation teaching experiments with the concept of fabless integrated circuit devices, processes and test is introduced. The construction and teaching reform for integrated circuits series of curriculum are studied. Virtual simulation technology has overcome varieties of drawbacks in traditional integrated circuit experiment teaching,not only saving teaching resource, but also improving the quality of teaching. This virtual simulation in experimental teaching can fully stimulate the students’ creativity and develop their engineering practice ability. The role of virtual simulation in integrated circuit experimental teaching will become increasingly prominent.
