通信工程项目驱动型实践教学的探索

Exploration of Project-Driven Practical Teaching System for Communication Engineering

  • 摘要: 针对当前地方性院校通信工程专业实践教育模式的不足进行反思,该文从适应行业需求的人才培养目标出发,明确分析了现有实践教学体系的缺陷。在此基础上,结合校企合作共建通信工程创新实践基地的探索经验,提出了项目驱动型通信工程实践教学体系的构建方案,逐一分析了该实践教学体系的各个重要环节及其相应的教学实施方法,为创立“联动式”通信工程师培养模式进行了有效尝试。实践表明,该方案可切实满足通信运营企业对应用型工程技术人才的需求。

     

    Abstract: In order to adapt the objective of training engineers who can meet the needs of the industry, problems in current professional practice model of telecommunication engineering education in regional colleges are discussed in this paper. Plan for a project-driven training system is proposed based on exploration of school-enterprise cooperation to build a practice base for communication engineering. Each important factor of the proposed practice teaching system and the corresponding teaching method have been analyzed in detail, which makes an effective attempt to establish an inter-related training mode. Our teaching results show that the proposed scheme can effectively meet the needs for the modern technical experts in telecommunication industry.
