Abstract: University laboratory is not only the place of experimental teaching , but also is the platform of innovative practice for the students. By the rules of open laboratory, the college students can finish their independent design experiments by the help of laboratory resources. With the opportunities increasing, many problems of laboratory safety are exposed. And there are four points in safety management can solve these problems. First, establish a reasonable safety management system. Second, improve the comprehensive qualities of safety management team. Third, improve the safety education and training system. At last, strengthen the safety monition methods. According to these management construction, laboratory safety vulnerabilities can be ensured, and keep the comprehensive safety for the laboratory. To ensure the safety and management of the laboratory long-team and rigorous, improve the level of laboratory safety management, and promote the construction of safe and harmonious campus.
