Abstract:
The paper takes the Innovation Laboratory of School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation as an example and puts forward the model of “the student self-management laboratory” for the openness of undergraduate innovation laboratory By the mode, the key of the management work is transferred to the management to the student community, which includes equipment management, personnel management and regulatory management After many years practice, the student community grew well the laboratory environment was effectively improved, and more students were brought into the laboratory to improve their practical skills With the application of this new mode, laboratory resources are fully used, the teachers time is saved, and the more importantly,the college students innovation ability, management ability and teamwork spirit are greatly improved
