Abstract: In this paper, through the methods of literature analysis and comparative investigation, we studied and compared the laboratory bio-safety management and implementation, safety education, and safety consciousness of experimental staff between Chinese and foreign universities. It analyzed the current situation and inadequacies of the bio-safety in the domestic universities laboratory. At last, combined with the situation of the biological laboratory in Beijing Institute of Technology, the biological laboratory safety management was proposed.
