基于科教结合的仪器分析创新实验设计

Design of Innovative Instrumental Analysis Experiment Basedon the Combination Scientific Research and Teaching

  • 摘要: 为了贯彻四川大学关于建设一批综合性、设计型实验课程和创新探索(创业)型实验课程的教学改革指导方针,该文将科研工作与实验教学相结合,根据科研成果设计了仪器分析实验教学中一个创新实验项目——基于碳纳米点(简称“碳点”)荧光光谱法测定谷胱甘肽。该实验现象稳定、重复性好、创新性强,可作为仪器分析实验课程的教学实验。该实验涵盖了较多供学生自行探索的实验内容和研究课题,比如碳纳米点不同制备方法、碳纳米点尺寸与荧光特性关系、荧光探针设计和检测对象等,因此也可用做开放式综合化学实验教学项目。

     

    Abstract: In order to carry out the teaching reform guidelines of Sichuan University on the construction of a number of comprehensive,design-typed experimental courses and innovative exploration (entrepreneurial) experimental courses ,scientific research were combined with experimental teaching in this paper.According to some research achievements,an innovative instrumental analysis teaching experiment——Carbon Nanodots(CDs)-based fluorescent spectrometry for detection of glutathione(GSH),was explored and designed.This experiment is stable,reproducible and innovative.It can be used as a teaching experiment of instrumental analysis experiment.Meanwhile,there are many opening experiment contents and research topics including different preparation methods of carbon nanodots,the correlativity between the size and fluorescence characteristic of carbon nanodots,the design of fluorescent probe,and other target analysis,therefore,the experiment can be used in opening comprehensive chemical experiment teaching project.
