高频丙类功率放大器实验项目的设计与实践

Design and Practice of High-frequency Class C Power AmplifierExperimental Project

  • 摘要: 为加深学生对高频丙类功率放大器工作原理的理解,经过三年的实验教学确定了成熟的丙类功率放大器实验方案。首先,从电路原理图设计、元器件选型等方面进行具体设计,之后通过实际测试研究了激励电压、负载、电源电压变化对工作状态的影响,并结合理论分析了实验结果,最后研究和探讨了实验过程中碰到的问题。实验结果表明,该方案清晰地再现了丙类功率放大器的工作过程,教学效果良好,可为其他高校开设丙类功率放大器实验提供一定的借鉴和帮助。

     

    Abstract: In order to deepen students understanding of the operating principle of high frequency class C amplifier,the mature experimental program is proposed after three years of experimental teaching.Firstly,the design of the circuit schematic diagram and the selection of components selection are designed specifically.Then,the impact on the operating state is researched through actual testing when the excitation voltage,load,supply voltage variations changed.Moreover the experimental results are analyzed with the theory.Finally,the problems encountered in the experiment are analyzed and discussed.The experimental results show that the project clearly reproduced the work process of the class C power amplifier,and the favorable teaching effect was obtained.It may be helpful for the other universities to open the class C power amplifier experiments.
