同分异构体的合成、分离和波谱解析实验教学设计

Design of Experiment Teaching on the Synthesis, Separation and Characterization of Isomers

  • 摘要: 依托四川大学化学专业实验室综合训练教学平台的大型分析测试仪器,引入现代分析技术对同分异构体的合成、分离和波谱解析综合实验进行了设计。该文从同分异构体合成实验开始,先通过液相色谱-质谱联用仪确定同分异构体的种类,再利用柱层析色谱对同分异构体进行分离,最后通过核磁共振仪确定同分异构体的具体结构。实践表明,此实验教学设计有利于促进本科生的创造性思维和提高解决有机化学相关问题的能力。

     

    Abstract: Based on the instrument of the comprehensive training and teaching platform (the professional laboratory of chemistry, Sichuan University), organic chemistry experimental course (the synthesis, separation and characterization of isomers) was introduced to fundamental experimental teaching process. This experiment started from the synthesis of isomers. Then these isomers were characterized by LC-MS and purified by column chromatography. And finally all isolated isomers were identified by 1H NMR. Importantly, the research task presented is aimed to promote the undergraduate students’ creative thinking and improve the ability to solve the problems of organic chemistry.
