数控雕刻在工程实践教学中的应用傅颖俊

CNC Engraving Applications in Engineering Practice Teaching

  • 摘要: 为跟上社会发展步伐,各高等院校工程训练经历教学改革,从传统金工中心向现代化工程训练中心转换,从常规实习训练向工程实践教学转换,从普通机床设备向先进数控机床设备转换,数控机床亦逐步取代普通机床。该文以研究浙江大学工程训练中心开设的雕铣加强实训(浮雕制作)为目的,根据数控雕刻在工程实践教学的课程安排、操作流程等手段,结合数控雕刻的特点,阐述数控雕刻在工程实践教学中的具体应用。

     

    Abstract: In order to keep up with the pace of social development,the reform of engineering training experience in colleges and universities,from the traditional metalworking center to the modernization of engineering training center conversion,from conventional practice training to engineering practice teaching conversion,from ordinary machine equipment to advanced computer numerical control( CNC) machine tools,CNC machine tools are also gradually replace the ordinary machine.In this paper,based on the engraving and milling strengthening training ( relief production ) of Zhejiang University engineering training center,according to the curriculum arrangement and operation process of CNC engraving in engineering practice teaching,combined with the characteristics of CNC carving,the specific application of CNC carving in engineering practice teaching was elaborated.
