轻型汽油车不同工况下NMOG的排放特性研究

Research on NMOG Emissions Characteristics of Light-duty Gasoline Vehicles under Different Work Conditions

  • 摘要: 在四驱底盘测功机上利用超低轻型汽油车定容取样分析系统和羰基类采样分析设备,该文对轻型汽油车不同工况下非甲烷有机气体(NMOG)的排放特性进行了研究,试验包括NEDC、WLTP和FTP75三种基本工况。研究结果表明,三种工况下,污染物种类数量关系为NEDCWLTPFTP75,NMOG的排放质量大小关系为NEDCFTP75WLTP;且无论哪种工况,第一阶段NMOG的排放所占总工况的质量比均大于该工况的其他阶段;轻型汽油车在三种工况下,均有NMHC、甲醛、乙醛、丙酮生成,且是占NMOG排放物比重较大的四种主要污染物。

     

    Abstract: This paper makes a research on non-methane organic gas(NMOG)emission properties under different working conditions using ultra-low light-duty gasoline vehicles constant volume sampling system and carbonyl group sampling,analysises equipments in 4WD chassis dynamometer and for the light-duty gasoline vehicles,and tests conditions including NEDC,WLTP and FTP75 three basic conditions.According to the study,the results showed that the pollutants relationship of quantity under three kinds of work condition is NEDCWLTPFTP75,and the NMOG emissions quality size relations is NEDCFTP75WLTP.In either case,the mass ratio of NMOG emissions in the first stage to the total working condition is greater than the other stages of the working condition.Under three conditions,the light-duty gasoline vehicles generate NMHC,formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,and acetone,are the four main pollutants accounting for a large propotion of NMOG emissions。
