齿轮滚铣复合加工实验装置控制系统开发

Study on Control System for an Integrated Gear Hobbing and Milling Experimental Equipment

  • 摘要: 为增强学生对齿轮加工原理的理解,开发集铣齿与滚齿两种加工手段于一体的齿轮滚铣复合加工实验装置很有必要。该文在分析该装置待实现功能的基础上,提出了以PLC为控制核心、触摸屏为人机界面的控制系统设计方案,并完成了控制系统软硬件开发。教学实践证明,该实验装置及控制系统运行可靠、操作简便、加工过程直观易懂。不仅为机械原理等课程中齿轮加工方法提供了实验平台,还为机电传动控制等课程提供了一个步进电机控制和PLC编程的实训平台。

     

    Abstract: To promote undergraduate's knowledge of gear machining principle,it is necessary to develop an experimental device for gear hobbing and milling which integratesthese two kinds of function together.On the basis of analyzing the function of this device to be realized,a scheme which utilizes programmable logic controller(PLC)as central hardware and touchscreen as human-machine interface was brought forward and the hardware and software of control system were developed in this paper.After application of this equipment to the teaching,it was shown that the experimental device and control system is reliable,easy to operate,and intuitive process.It provides not only a platform for gear manufacturing experiment in subject like machine principle,but also provides a platform for stepping motor control and PLC programming practice in subject like mechanical-electric drive control.
