基于ANSYS的劈裂灌浆压力控制的研究

Research on Split Grouting Pressure Control Based on ANSYS

  • 摘要: 为合理选取灌浆压力,掌握灌浆压力对土坝坝体影响的普遍规律,解决实际生产中控制灌浆压力的问题,运用劈裂灌浆理论知识,引入有限元技术,提出依靠ANSYS通用软件平台对劈裂灌浆压力的控制进行了分析研究。通过建立土坝的三维有限元模型,进行数值模拟分析,从中选取坝体适宜的灌浆压力,总结出关于不同灌浆压力对坝体内部应力、应变、位移影响和灌浆压力控制的普遍规律。结果表明,劈裂灌浆压力可以引起坝体的位移,坝体和灌浆孔的位移随着蓄水位的高低变化;劈裂灌浆的作用面是直立的,可改变坝体的大小主应力,以满足防渗加固的要求;将各工况中坝顶处各灌浆孔口扩展等值线图进行对比可选取出适当的灌浆压力。

     

    Abstract: In order to reasonably select the grouting pressure and master the general rule of grouting pressure on the dam body,the problem of controlling grouting pressure in the actual production is solved.Based on the knowledge of split grouting theory and the introduction finite element technology,the control of splitting grouping pressure is analyzed and studied based on ANSYS general software platform.Through the establishment of the three-dimensional finite element model of the earth dam,the numerical simulation analysis is carried out to remove the suitable grouting pressure from the dam,and the general rules about the influence of different grouting pressure on the internal stress,strain,displacement and grouting pressure of the dam body are summarized.The results show that the fracturing grouting pressure can cause the displacement of the dam body.The displacement of the dam body and grouting hole changes with the level of the water level.The action surface of split grouting is upright,which can change the magnitude and principal stress of the dam to meet the requirements of anti-seepage reinforcement.The contour maps of the grouting holes at the top of the dam are compared,and the appropriate grouting pressure can be selected.
