气动喷嘴射流冲击力测量装置的设计

Design of Experimental Device for Measuring Pneumatic Nozzle Jet Impact Force

  • 摘要: 为了提高液压与气动技术课程的实验教学效果,该文增设了测量气动喷嘴射流冲击力的新实验,并设计了相应的实验装置。在现有气动设备的基础上,以压缩空气为工作介质,设计并搭建了测量气动喷嘴射流冲击力实验装置,配以相应的实验过程和计算方法。该实验装置采用了压力传感器、流量计以及数字计重秤等元器件,具有气动回路简单、实验成本低和形象直观等特点。通过射流冲击力理论值与实验值的对比表明,设计的测量气动喷嘴射流冲击力实验装置的实验效果良好。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the experimental teaching effect of the hydraulic and pneumatic technology course,a new experiment was set up to measure the impact force force of the aerodynamic nozzle jet,and the corresponding experimental device was designed.Based on the existing pneumatic equipment and using compressed air as the working medium,an experimental device for measuring the impact force of the aerodynamic nozzle jet is designed and built,with the corresponding experimental process and caculation method.The device uses pressure sensor,flow meter and digital weight weighing scale,which has the characteristics of simple pneumatic circuit,low experimental cost and visual image.By comparing the theoretical value of jet impinging force with experimental data,it is shown that the experimental device designed to measure the impact force of pneumatic nozzle has good experimental results.
