国标法检测蜂蜜淀粉酶值实验教学改革与创新

Reform and Innovation in Experimental Teaching of Honey Amylase Value Detection by National Standard Method

  • 摘要: 蜂蜜淀粉酶值检测是控制蜂蜜产品质量和安全的重要指标之一。为促进高校与社会食品检验方法的衔接,激发学生的学习热情,山东农业大学卫生检验教研组采用最新国标检测方法取代陈旧方法应用于蜂蜜淀粉酶值实验教学。在实施过程中,通过增加碘溶液预热管数保证淀粉酶酶促反应温度的一致性,采用全自动酶标仪替代分光光度计提高学生实验效率等改进措施,提高了实验数据和结果的精确度和准确性,改善了实验教学秩序,确保了国标检测方法在蜂蜜淀粉酶值实验教学中的应用。

     

    Abstract: The detection of amylase value is one of the important indexes to control the quality and safety of honey products.In order to promote the link between university and social food inspection methods and stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning,the Department of health inspection and research of Shandong Agricultural University has adopted the latest national standard test method to replace the old method applied to the experiment teaching of honey amylase value.During the implementation process,the number of preheating tubes in iodine solution is increased to ensure the consistency of enzymatic reaction temperature of amylase.In order to improve the accuracy and accuracy of the experimental data and results,the accuracy and accuracy of experimental data and results are improved by using the automatic enzyme labeling instrument instead of the spectrophotometer to improve the experimental efficiency of the students.The application of GB detection method in honey amylase valve experiment teaching was ensured.
