开放型创新实验室建设与管理模式初探

Preliminary Research onthe Open Innovation Laboratory Construction and Management Mode

  • 摘要: 为了解决教学实验室时间、空间以及实验项目的限制,为学生创新竞赛及创新创业实践提供平台,该文提出了开放型创新实验室分层次教学、教导员辅导、高年级带低年级、创新创实验项目申报与制作的建设与管理模式,形成了“四年连动、逐层递进、自主开放、以赛促学”的实施方案,为学生提供了创新能力锻炼、创新竞赛与项目参与、独立思考、自主学习、团队合作的时间和空间,对于培养学生创新竞赛、创新创业能力及科研思维有良好的效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the limitation of teaching laboratory time,space and experiment items,it provides a platform for students’ innovation competition and innovation and entrepreneurship practice.It puts forward the construction and management model of open innovation laboratory with hierarchical teaching,instructor guidance,senior grade with lower grade,innovation and creative experimental project declaration and production.The implementation plan of four years continuous movement,progressive progression,independent opening up and promoting learning by competition has been formed.Then it provides students with the time and space for innovation ability training,innovation competition and project participation,independent thinking,autonomous learning and teamwork.It has a good effect on training students' innovation competition,innovation and entrepreneurial ability and scientific research thinking.
