医学生物化学综合性实验改革的设计与探索

Design and Exploration of Comprehensive Experimental Reformin Medical Biochemistry

  • 摘要: 该文根据培养创造性高素质医学人才的要求,以蛋白质、脂质和酶学内容为主题设计生物化学综合性实验,通过SD大鼠脂肪肝模型的构建、血脂浓度的测定、转氨酶活性的测量、血清和肝脏组织中清蛋白水平的检测,对脂肪肝病与血脂水平、转氨酶活性和清蛋白表达水平之间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,该方法极大地激发了学生的学习兴趣,增强了学生创新思维能力和综合实践能力,提高了医学人才的培养质量。

     

    Abstract: Based on the requirements of cultivating creative and high-quality medical talents,this paper designs biochemical comprehensive experiments with the theme ofprotein,lipid and enzymology.The construction of the SD rat fatty liver model,the determination of blood lipid concentration,the measurement of transaminase activity,and the detection of albumin levels in serum and liver tissue.The correlation between fatty liver disease and blood lipid levels,transaminase activity,and albumin expression levels was studied.The results show that the method greatly stimulates students' interest in learning,enhances students' innovative thinking ability and comprehensive practical ability,and improves the quality of medical talents.
