Synthesis of Se/N-doped Carbon Dots and Their Fluorescence Properties

  • 摘要: 该文依托四川大学化学专业综合训练平台,结合纳米材料的结构特点和光学性质(荧光光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱)等专业知识背景,开展了“Se/N-掺杂荧光碳点的制备及荧光性能研究”综合实验设计。通过实验设计和实验过程,帮助学生深入了解纳米碳材料的结构与光学性能之间的关系以及合成过程对材料性能的影响。综合实验不仅可以夯实测试仪器的相关基础知识、提高操作技能,而且全方位培养学生的综合素质、创新意识和能力。

     

    Abstract: Based on the structure characteristic of nano-materials and knowledge background of fluorescence and UV-vis,this manuscript synthesized Se/N-doped carbon dots and discussed the fluorescence property as a comprehensive research experiment,which relied on the instrument of the comprehensive training and teaching platform.Students can understand the relationship between the structures and the optical properties of carbon nanomaterials and the influence of the synthetic process on the properties of materials.It not only consolidates the basic knowledge of instruments and improves the operation skill of students,but also cultivates the comprehensive quality,innovative consciousness and ability of students.
