单体浇铸尼龙综合性实验设计与实践

Design and Practice of Integrative Experiment for Monomer Casting Nylon

  • 摘要: 该文探讨了高分子材料与工程专业实验单体浇铸尼龙在实验方法上存在的问题,针对目前的教学要求,对此实验进行了综合性的思考与设计,并对其进行了实践教学。此综合型实验结合了当前有关单体浇铸尼龙的科研成果,涉及高分子物理、高分子化学、材料性能测试、高分子材料等课程内容。近两年的教学和实践表明,学生对科学研究的兴趣、耐心和责任心可以在这个实验中得到提高,同时也培养了学生解决综合问题的能力和创新思维能力。

     

    Abstract: An integrative experiment for monomer casting nylon was designed because of the teaching requirements and flaw existing in the experimental practice,which was one of the special experiments of macromolecule material and engineering.The integrative experiment combined with the current scientific research achievements about monomer casting nylon and its content involved polymer physics,polymer chemistry,material performance testing,polymer materials,etc.In the past two years,the teaching and practice showed that the students' interest in scientific research,sense of responsibility and patience can be improved in this experiment.At the same time,the students' ability to solve comprehensive problems and creative thinking ability are also cultivated.
