植物显微技术“科研式”实验教学的探索与实践

An Attempt of the“Scientific Research Mode”on the ExperimentalTeaching Reform of Plant Microscopy Technique

  • 摘要: 该文以植物显微技术实验课程的石蜡制片实验为例,分析了传统实验教学方法在创新人才培养上的不足,阐述了植物显微技术实验教学改革的必要性,建立了植物显微技术科研式的实验教学模式。在教学实践中,注重实验原理的挖掘,强化科研式实验教学过程,建立实验教学与科研活动的良性互动。科研式的实验教学模式不仅能培养学生的实验技能和科研意识,而且能激发学生的创新潜能,完全顺应目前创新人才培养的潮流。

     

    Abstract: Taking the experiment of paraffin production in the sectioning experimental course of plant microtechnology as an example,this paper analyzes the deficiency of traditional experimental teaching methods in cultivating innovative talents.Expounded the necessity of experimental teaching reform of plant microtechnology,and established the experimental teaching mode ofscientific research of plant microtechnology.In teaching practice,we should pay more attention to the deep understanding of the experimental principles,strengthen thescientific research experimental teaching process,and establish a positive interaction between experimental teaching and scientific research activities.Thescientific researchexperimental teaching mode can not only raises the students' experimental skills and scientific research consciousness,but also stimulate the students' innovation potential,and fully conform to the current trend of cultivating creative talents.
