构建PDCA一体化的项目导向式工程教育方法研究

Research on an Education Method Oriented Engineering ProjectBased on the PDCA Theory

  • 摘要: 项目导向式教学法比起传统教学方法虽能够将理论与实践有效结合。但由于其不同于真实的企业社会环境,在实际教学过程中容易出现教学状态松散、学生学习思路模糊的现象。该文以工业设计专业教育为例,将PDCA模式与项目导向式实践理念相结合,探讨了课程目标、知识点、课程管理等方面的教学实践方法与发展路径。并以企业导入课题挂式房车项目为例进行了教学解析,以此推动项目导向式实践教育理念获得卓有成效的教学成果。

     

    Abstract: Compared with traditional teaching methods,project oriented teaching method can be combined theory with practice effectively.But the actual teaching process is different from the real environment,it is easy to have a loose teaching and the phenomenon of fuzzy thinking.In this paper,it takes the industrial design professional education as an example,combines the PDCA model with the project oriented practice concept,and probes into the teaching practice and development path of curriculum objectives,knowledge points and curriculum management.The teaching analysis is carried out with the example of the enterprise introducing the RV project.In order to promote project oriented practice education concept,we have achieved fruitful teaching results.
