Abstract: Water treatment experiment is one of the core specialty courses of Water Supply and Drainage Science Engineering,which plays an important role in cultivating students' innovative ability and practical ability.By introducing the characteristics and problems of this course,the curriculum reform is carried out from three aspects:teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods.Firstly,the comprehensive design experiment is added to the curriculum so that the students can think independently of their own design experiment steps,improve the students' ability to innovate and analyze the problems.Secondly,the teaching method is reformed and the process control assessment part is integrated into the assessment mode.The curriculum reform has carried out preliminary practice and achieved certain results.
