摘要: 一流的师资队伍是一流大学的核心竞争要素,只有利用信息化手段提升师资管理与服务水平,才能推进“双一流”建设,落实人才优先发展战略。以创新理念设计师资管理信息系统,创建“互联网+师资管理”的新型师资管理系统,可以打破传统系统的信息孤岛困局、建立师资管理信息系统的社交属性。通过分析师资管理系统研究现状及难点,详细论述师资管理信息系统功能设计。系统设计过程可以作为系统开发实验教学的典型案例,诠释了实验教学中需求分析、系统设计、功能实现等关键环节。Abstract: The top-ranking faculty is the core competitive factor of the first-class universities. Only by using information technology to improve the faculty management and service quality,we can promote the construction of “Double First-class (first-class universities and first-class disciplines of the world)”and implement the strategy of prioritizing talent development. With the innovative concept of design management information system,the creation of a new teacher management system of “internet+teacher management” can break the information island dilemma of the traditional system and establish the social attributes of the teacher management information system. Through the research of the status quo and difficulties of the analyst management system,the functional design of the teacher management information system is discussed in detail. The system design process can be used as a typical case of system development experiment teaching,which explains the key aspects of demand analysis,system design and function realization in experimental teaching.
