可视承压多功能粉尘爆炸实验装置设计

  • 摘要: 该文设计搭建了一套承压、可视的小型多功能粉尘爆炸实验装置,实现了密闭容器内粉尘爆炸压力及火焰传播行为的测量。详细介绍了实验装置的流程及零部件结构,测试了装置的可靠性。搭建的实验装置自动化程度高、安全性能好、功能容易扩展。装置已应用于大连理工大学安全工程类专业本科生教学实验、大学生创新训练项目、毕业论文以及密闭及受限空间内粉尘爆炸相关项目研究等场合,有效满足教学及科研需求。

     

    Abstract: A set of small multifunctional dust explosion experimental device is designed and build in this paper,which realizes to measure the explosion overpressure and flame propagation behavior in the closed container.The process and component structure of the experimental device are introduced in detail.The reliability of the device is tested.The experiment setup is highly automated,safe and easy to expand.The device has been applied to teaching experiments of the undergraduates of safety engineering of our school,the innovation training,the graduation thesis and the research of dust explosion related projects in confined space and confined space,which can effectively meet the needs of teaching and scientific research.
