Abstract:
This paper puts forward the newly established school-level instrument sharing platform as a carrier for the problem that college graduate students directly use large-scale scientific instruments to engage in scientific and technological innovation with limited opportunities and capabilities,and the shortage of full-time experimental personnel.Give full play to the advantages of platform multidisciplinary,advanced instruments,open sharing,etc.,and face graduate students from different disciplines.Explore the training mode of instrument training,testing practice and skill assessment.Focus on the cultivation of basic theories,basic methods,and basic skills,improve the system,encourage integration with their own topics,strengthen testing practices,and promote responsible professors to lead the typical test case analysis work mechanism to comprehensively enhance the innovative skills of graduate students.
