Improving the Innovation Ability of Graduate Students by TakingAdvantage of Instrument Sharing Platform

  • 摘要: 该文针对高校研究生直接利用大型科研仪器从事科技创新的机会与能力有限,专职实验人员队伍短缺等问题,提出以新成立的校级仪器共享平台为载体,充分发挥平台多学科、仪器先进、开放共享等优势,面向全校不同学科的研究生,探索仪器培训教学、测试实践与技能考核的培养模式,注重基本理论、基本方法、基本技能的培养,健全制度,鼓励与自身课题相结合,加强测试实践,推行责任教授主导典型测试案例分析工作机制,全面提升研究生的创新技能。

     

    Abstract: This paper puts forward the newly established school-level instrument sharing platform as a carrier for the problem that college graduate students directly use large-scale scientific instruments to engage in scientific and technological innovation with limited opportunities and capabilities,and the shortage of full-time experimental personnel.Give full play to the advantages of platform multidisciplinary,advanced instruments,open sharing,etc.,and face graduate students from different disciplines.Explore the training mode of instrument training,testing practice and skill assessment.Focus on the cultivation of basic theories,basic methods,and basic skills,improve the system,encourage integration with their own topics,strengthen testing practices,and promote responsible professors to lead the typical test case analysis work mechanism to comprehensively enhance the innovative skills of graduate students.
