  • 摘要: “双一流”建设是我国高等教育改革与发展的国家战略和重要举措。该文通过分析高校教学型实验室人员队伍管理现状,阐述了高校教学型实验室人员管理机制改革的必然性,在借鉴国内高校实验室人员管理机制创新举措的基础上,从绩效考核、职称晋升、培训深造三个方面为高校教学型实验室人员管理机制创新提供思路。

     

    Abstract: “Double First-Class”construction is a national strategy and important measure for the reform and development of higher education in China.This paper analyzes the current situation of teaching staff management in colleges and universities.This paper expounds the inevitability of the reform of personnel management mechanism in teaching laboratories in colleges and universities.Based on the reform of the domestic university laboratory personnel management mechanism,it provides the ideas for the innovation of the management mechanism,of the university teaching laboratory personnel from three aspects:performance assessment,professional title promotion and training.
