黄标车辆升级改造绿标车技术方案研究

  • 摘要: 对20辆车按组别进行后处理改造,测试改造前后颗粒污染物和气态污染物的改善情况。通过在后处理设备前后安装测试设备Nanomet 3和Testo 350测量数据,前后对比,分析得出颗粒污染物的过滤效率和气态污染物前后排放浓度比。结果表明,无论实验是在底盘测功机上进行还是进行车载实际道路试验,四组测试车辆的PN平均过滤效率都达到了95%以上。进行车载试验PN过滤效率最低95.5%,最高达到99.1%;在底盘测功机上进行试验PN平均过滤效率最低95.2%,最高达到98.3%。柴油机同时加装DPF和 DOC的两组车辆,改造后与改造前CO排放浓度相比分别降低了86.7%和85.9%;而柴油机仅加装DPF的两组车辆,改造后与改造前CO排放浓度相比CO增加了3%和5%;对于NOX,改造前后浓度之比趋近1,基本没有变化,只是其中的部分形式发生了转化,NO2降至了改造前的43.7%。

     

    Abstract: The 20 vehicles were post-processed and modified according to the group to test the improvement of particulate and gaseous pollutants before and after the transformation.By measuring the data of the test equipment Nanomet 3 and Testo 350 before and after the post-treatment equipment,the filtration efficiency of the particulate pollutants and the discharge concentration ratio of the gaseous pollutants were analyzed before and after comparison.The results show that the average particulate number(PN)filtration efficiency of the four test vehicles have reached more than 95%,the maximum reaches 99.1%;while the average PN filtration efficiency on the chassis dynamometer is 95.2%,the highest is 98.3%.The diesel engine is equipped with two sets of DPF and DOC vehicles.The CO was reduced by 86.7% and 85.9% compared with the CO concentration before the reform.The diesel engine was only equipped with two sets of DPF vehicles,and the CO increased by 3% and 5% compared with the CO emission concentration before the transformation.For NOX,the ratio of the concentration before and after the transformation approached 1,and basically no change,but some of the forms were transformed,and NO2 fell to 43.7% before the transformation.
