基于51单片机与压力传感器的升降装置设计

Design of Lifting Device Based on the 51 Single Chip Microcomputer and Pressure Sensor

  • 摘要: 该文针对当前许多社区住户楼层高,上下楼搬运重物、家养动物上厕所不便的现象设计了一款基于AT89C51单片机与压力传感器结合实现自动调节直流电机转速的遥控升降装置。利用压力传感器和HX711模块将压力信号经A/D转换模块转化为电压信号传送给51单片机,单片机根据数据利用PWM波脉宽调制原理调节输出频率从而达到调节直流电机转速的目的;采用L298驱动板控制电机正反转和转速。通过联轴器、轴、轴承、定滑轮构成一个传动系统以达目的。目前的升降装置皆基于工业需求而设计,且相比于现行速度恒定的升降装置,此设计可根据压力大小随时调节速度,压力大时转速慢,使载物板运行平稳;压力小时转速快可省时。该设计可节省居民时间、精力且安装简单、价格低廉,使得宿舍和居民楼更加人性化。

     

    Abstract: This paper designed a remote control lifting device based on the combination of AT89C51 single chip microcomputer and pressure sensor to realize the automatic adjustment of DC motor in iver of the high residential floor in many communities,the heavy load on the upper and the lower floors,and the inconvenience of the domestic animals.The pressure signal and the HX711 module are used to convert the pressure signal into voltage signal and send it to the 51 single-chip microcomputer through the A/D conversion module.The MCU adjusts the output frequency according to the data using the PWM wave plus width modulation principle to achieve the purpose of adjusting the DC motor speed.The L298 driver board is used to control the motor's forward and reverse rotation and speed.A transmission system is formed by the coupling,the shaft,the bearing and the fixed pulley for the purpose.The current lifting devices are designed based on industrial requirements,and compared with the current constant speed lifting device,this design can adjust the speed at any time according to the pressure,and the speed is slow when the pressure is large,so that the carrier plate runs smoothly.It saves time,energy,and is simple to install and low in price.It makes the dormitory and residential building more humane.
