Abstract: The purpose of the Excellence Engineers in Surveying and Mapping Engineering is to develop students′ practical and innovative abilities.Through the research on the cooperation mode between school and enterprise and the initiative of mobilizing students,this paper forms an engineering measurement practice teaching system with training program,experimental teaching method,practical teaching platform and evaluation method as the core.Through the comprehensive reform of practical teaching,students have been trained to analyze and solve practical problems,and cultivate high-quality innovative talents.At the same time,it has promoted the focus of education and teaching research from knowledge transfer to capacity development.
