Teaching Reform on Petroleum Refining Engineering

  • 摘要: 石油炼制工程是培养油气化工人才的核心专业课程。根据近年来行业发展趋势和工程教育要求,该文结合学校人才培养定位,从课程内容、教学方法、实践环节和考核方式入手,贯穿“强化知识应用、贴近工程实践”的主线,深入开展了课程的全面改革。增强了课程内容的工程性,采用了案例循环和知识点串联的教学方法,构建了以小型反应装置为核心的工程性和综合性实验项目,完善了以考察学习投入和知识应用能力为主的考核评价方式,有效提升了工程人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: Petroleum refining engineering is an important course for cultivating oil and gas chemical talents.According to the development trend of the industry in recent years and the requirements of engineering education,this paper combines the training of the talents of the school,starting from the course content teaching methods,practice links and assessment methods.Throughout the main line of“enhanced knowledge application and close to engineering practice”,the comprehensive reform of the curriculum was carried out in depth.quality,comprehensive reform based on promoting the application of knowledge and closing to the engineering practice was adopted for this course.The reform has been performed in the overall teaching process including teaching contents,methods,practical training and examination.More novel technologies used in industry were contained in the teaching contents.The teaching methods of case cycle and knowledge point connection were adopted to construct an engineering and comprehensive experimental project with small reaction device as the core.The evaluation methods based on the study of learning input and knowledge application ability were improved,which effectively improved the quality of engineering talent training.
