Abstract: This paper explores the design,construction and management methods of the cell culture room of Animal Nutrition Institute of SiChuan Agricultural University.According to the requirements of air cleanliness level of 100,000 in the“Air Cleanliness Grading Standard”,the cell culture room is designed and constructed,and a series of management systems are formulated during use.Only through scientific design,construction and standardized management,the environment conditions of the cell culture laboratory are in line with relevant national standards and are in good operational stage.Practice has proved that only through the scientific design,construction and standardized management can ensure the normal operation of the cell culture room.
