摘要: 该文将射频前端发射部分和后端接收部分连通,构成射频收发系统,用ADS软件在射频段设计了完整的模拟和数字两种通信系统,分析了射频通信系统的时域波形、收发系统增益、眼图、灵敏度及线性度等性能参数,对眼图进行了优化,讨论了通信系统在射频段与普通频段的异同。同时,结合硬件测试数据,将仿真结果加入到实际教学环节,讨论了射频通信系统中的各个影响因素,在提高实验教学质量的同时,探索了实际无线环境对射频系统通信质量的具体要求。Abstract: In this paper,the RF front-end transmitting part and the back-end receiving part are connected to form a radio frequency transceiver system. A complete analog and digital communication system was designed in the RF section using ADS software. The time domain waveform,transceiver gain,eye diagram,sensitivity and linearity of the RF communication system are analyzed. The eye diagram is optimized. The similarities and differences between the RF section and the common frequency band of the communication system are discussed. At the same time,combined with the hardware test data,the simulation results are added to the actual teaching session,and the various influencing factors in the RF communication system are discussed. While improving the quality of experimental teaching,the specific requirements of the actual wireless environment for the communication quality of RF systems are explored.
