摘要: 该文提供了一种基于低温共烧陶瓷(low temperature co_fired ceramic,LTCC)技术多层陶瓷微波带通滤波器的设计方法。首先通过ADS软件建立电路模型,使用4级UIR(uniformity impedance resonator)结构设计电路模型中的谐振结构,实现中心频率为625 MHz、带宽为50 MHz的带通滤波器。再使用Ansoft HFSS软件设计新型耦合结构,加强谐振级之间的耦合,进而降低通带内插入损耗(S21)和通带的波动,加强带外的抑制。最终实现了外形尺寸为5.0 mm×5.0 mm×1.5 mm,插入损耗小于3.5 dB,带宽为50 MHz,带外70 MHz处抑制大于40 dB,带内波动小于1.0 dB,电压驻波比(VSWR)小于1.5,且3 GHz内没有寄生的通带,中心频率为625 MHz较低频的带通滤波器。Abstract: The paper provides a design method of multi-layer ceramic microwave bandpass filter based on LTCC(low temperature co_fired ceramic)technology. First, the circuit model is built by ADS software, and the resonant structure in the circuit model is designed by using 4 UIR structure to realize a band-pass filter with a center frequency of 625 MHz and bandwidth of 50MHz. The Ansoft HFSS software is then used to design a new coupling structure that enhance the coupling between the resonat stages, thereby reducing the insertion loss(S21)and passband fluctuation in the passhand band enhancing out-of-band rejection. The final dimensions are 5.0 mm × 5.0 mm × 1.5 mm, the insertion loss less than 3.5 dB, the bandwidth is 50MHz, the suppression is greater than 40 dB at out-of-band 70 MHz, the in-band ripple is less than 1.0 dB, and the voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR)is less than 1.5, and there is no parasitic passband in 3GHz, and the center frequency is 625 MHz lower frequency bandpass filter.
