Abstract:
According to the requirements of engineering education professional argumentation, aiming the current situation that the existing teaching mode of biochemistry experiment course can’t meet the development needs of fermentation engineering industry. This paper carries out a series of reforms and explorations from three aspects: teaching content, teaching methods and assessment forms. It can stimulate students' interest in learning, cultivating students' active learning and innovation ability, and improving the teaching quality of the biochemistry experiment course of fermentation engineering to a certain extent.
