五水硫酸铜晶体的制备及表征实验改进与探索

摘要: 该文简述了大学化学实验课程中五水硫酸铜晶体的制备及表征的实验方案,与传统实验相比增加了重结晶、组分分析及偏光显微镜观测晶体形貌3部分。该实验作为综合型实验项目的代表,将各个学科知识点融会贯通。针对依然存在的一些问题,提出了相应的改进方案,即引入Diamond晶体模拟软件,宏观与微观相结合,将抽象的理论具体化,加深晶体学的涉猎点;设置交叉实验项目,巩固学生对显微镜的基本原理的认识及操作规范。实践表明,改进后的实验提升了学生的实验技能与理论基础,为培养其科研精神与创新能力打下坚实基础。Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the experimental scheme for the preparation and characterization of copper sulfate pentahydrate crystals in the university chemical experiment course. Compared with the traditional experiment, the crystal morphology was analyzed by recrystallization, component analysis and polarized light microscopy. As an example of comprehensive experimental project, this experiment integrates knowledge points of various disciplines. Aiming at some problems that still exist, a corresponding improvement plan is proposed. That is to say, the Diamond crystal simulation software is introduced, and the combination of macro and micro, the abstract theory is embodied, and the point of crystallography is deepened. Set up a cross-experiment project to consolidate students′ understanding of the basic principles of the microscope and operational specifications. Practice shows that the improved experiment enhances the students′ experimental skills and theoretical foundation, and lays a solid foundation for cultivating their research spirit and innovative ability.
