Abstract: In order to adapt to the rapid development of electronic information science and technology, cooperate with the new curriculum system and teaching content reform of colleges and universities to improve students engineering practice ability, the Electronic Circuit Foundation teaching and research group of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) has long been in the design of student training mode and management system. Strengthen the proportion of design and comprehensive experiments in the course content. It stimulates students'interest and motivation in active learning. To a large extent, it has got rid of the traditional mechanical infusion mode, which has solved the dilemma of teaching and learning in the classroom, and also can orient to the strategy of teaching people how to fish.
