“双一流”建设中生物化学实验教学改革与探索

Research and Exploration of the Experimental Teaching of Biochemistry in the Construction of “Double First Class”

  • 摘要: 传统的生物化学实验教学中存在诸多问题,如教学内容、方法和学生成绩评价方式上相对陈旧,缺少对学生的创新精神和实践能力的培养等。为满足双一流建设过程中生物学本科教育改革的需求,促进生物学一级学科的发展,对生化实验教学进行全面改革已迫在眉睫。该文提出生化实验教学改革措施应包括:建立多层次实验教学体系,将基础实验、综合性实验、自主创新性实验和研究性实验相结合;全面改革生物化学实验的教学安排、教学手段以及实验考核方式;建设生化实验教学方面的高素质的师资队伍。

     

    Abstract: There are many problems in the traditional biochemistry experiment teaching, such as teaching content, methods and student performance evaluation methods are relatively old, and lack of training for students innovative spirit and practical ability. In order to meet the needs of the undergraduate education reform in the double first-class construction process and promote the development of the first-level discipline of biology, it is extremely urgent to carry out comprehensive reform of biochemical experimental teaching. This paper proposes that the reform measures of biochemical experiment teaching should include the following aspects: establishing a multi-level experimental teaching system, combining basic experiments, comprehensive experiments, independent innovative experiments and research experiments; comprehensively reforming the teaching arrangement of biochemical experiments, teaching methods and experimental assessment methods; building a high-quality teaching staff for biochemical experiment teaching.
