摘要: 该文针对安全和采矿专业的材料力学实验教学中缺乏冲击弹塑性实验的现状,设计了一种测量材料冲击弹塑性方案。采用冲击气炮和快速激光干涉仪进行了实施,实验中的样品是脆性岩石材料。实验结果显示在特定的冲击作用下的岩石表面粒子速度会呈现弹塑性两个阶段。随着冲击强度的增加,弹塑性阶段的表面粒子速度发展幅度发生显著变化,总体呈现冲击弹性强度随着冲击速度增加而增大。 实践表明,实验方案的建成与实施丰富了材料力学的实践教学环节。Abstract: This paper designs a material impact elastoplastic scheme for the lack of impact elastoplastic experiments in the teaching of material mechanics in safety and mining. It was carried out using an impact gas gun and a fast laser interferometer. The sample in the experiment was a brittle rock material. The experimental results show that the particle velocity of the rock surface under the specific impact will show two stages of elastoplasticity. With the increase of the impact strength, the development of the surface particle velocity in the elastoplastic phase changes significantly, and the overall impact elastic strength increases with the increase of the impact velocity. Practice shows that the completion and implementation of the experimental program enriches the practical teaching links of material mechanics.
