Exploration and Research on Innovative Talent Training Mode Under the Background of New Engineering

  • 摘要: 新工科背景下加强创新人才培养与教学改革是高等教育教学计划的重要组成部分。南京邮电大学电子科学与技术国家级实验教学示范中心从实际出发,以创新实践平台建设为基础,以创新人才培养机制为重点,提出了构建“三纵三横”的实践教学体系,在实践教学中打破学科之间的壁垒,在课程设置上进行学科交叉、融合、创新,突破传统、改革创新,以竞赛为载体、创新实践基地为平台培养学生的创新能力,为国家建设持续提供具有创新精神与实践能力的应用型、复合型人才。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of emerging engineering,strengthening the cultivation of innovative talents and teaching reform is an important part of higher education teaching plans. From the actual situation, the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Electronic Science and Technology of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications takes the construction of innovative practice platform as the foundation, and focuses on the innovative talent training mechanism, and puts forward the practical teaching system of “three verticals and three horizontals”. After breaking the barriers between disciplines in practical teaching, the disciplines are crossed, integrated and innovated in the curriculum. We break through the tradition, implement reform and innovation, use the competition as the carrier and the innovation practice base as the platform to cultivate students’ innovative ability, and continue to provide applied and compound talents with innovative spirit and practical ability for the country’s construction.
