教学用二维运动平台控制系统设计

Design of Two-Dimensional Motion Platform Control System for Teaching

  • 摘要: 在电气类专业运动控制教学过程中,常常以二维运动平台做为研究对象。该文针对常见的二维运动控制平台,设计了相关的硬件控制电路,电路主要包括主电路和外围电路两部分。其主控电路包含了振荡电路、复位电路和JTAG调试部分;外围电路由通讯部分、驱动部分、限位部分以及步进电机平台四部分组成。并制作电路板进行了调试,调试结果表明,该文设计的电路,能够方便地控制二维运动平台,为学生全面掌握二维运动平台的底层控制提供了硬件基础。

     

    Abstract: In the process of electric control professional motion control teaching, the two-dimensional motion platform is often used as the research object. This paper designs related hardware control circuits for common two-dimensional motion control platforms. The circuit mainly includes two parts: main circuit and peripheral circuit. The main control circuit includes an oscillation circuit, a reset circuit and a JTAG debugging part; the peripheral circuit is composed of a communication part, a driving part, a limit part and a stepping motor platform. The circuit board was debugged, and the debugging results show that the circuit designed in this paper can easily control the two-dimensional motion platform, providing a hardware foundation for students to fully grasp the underlying control of the two-dimensional motion platform.
