Abstract: In view of the disconnection between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the teaching process,taking the design of health care product "ginsenoside milk powder" as an example,the paper explores the application of the "five in one" teaching method in the course of health product design and development through five teaching processes,which include textbook knowledge and text understanding,teacher language text explanation,virtual simulation software simulation,typical health care prod-uct preparation and evaluation,and design and development of innovative health care products. It aims to establish a new three-dimen-sional teaching new model system,and provide reference for the construction and development of health product development courses.
