Abstract: Focusing on the theme of university laboratory opening,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of laboratory opening,and puts forward suggestions for optimization in the following aspects,including establishing a sound management system,rationally distributing experimental sites,constructing a good experimental environment,and regulating the use of instru-ments and equipment,deepening the implementation of safety management,strengthening the management of experimental processes, building first-class experimental teams and establishing a variety of open forms. In order to better play the supporting role of the labora-tory in scientific research and personnel training,it is necessary to construct a collaborative management model and operation mecha-nism of teaching and research laboratories to promote the efficient operation of the laboratory.
